CRNC White Paper

A Constraint-Defined Digital Asset

1. Overview

CRNC is a fixed-supply digital asset defined entirely by immutable smart contracts deployed on Ethereum Layer 1.

It is constructed around explicit constraints rather than ongoing governance, discretion, or adaptability. All observable properties of CRNC are established at deployment and do not change thereafter.

CRNC does not represent equity, ownership, profit rights, or a claim on assets. It is not associated with fundraising, token sales, or promises of adoption or utility. The asset exists as a published on-chain object whose behavior is fully determined by code and irreversible actions.

2. Design Philosophy

CRNC is designed by absence rather than optimization.

It does not include mechanisms for administrative control, governance, upgrades, parameter adjustment, emissions, incentives, or ongoing intervention.

The intent is to define a digital asset whose continued existence does not depend on coordination, maintenance, or decision-making after deployment.

3. Sovereignty by Design

No actor is granted authority over CRNC after deployment.

Once deployed, the system cannot be modified, paused, reinterpreted, or intervened in by any party, including the deployer. All behavior observable after launch is the result of rules fixed at inception.

4. Supply Finality

The total supply of CRNC is defined once at deployment.

The supply cannot be increased, reduced, minted, or burned. No contract functions exist that allow for future supply modification. The circulating quantity is constrained solely by the initial allocation and subsequent transfers between addresses.

5. Liquidity Finality

Any initial on-chain liquidity associated with CRNC, if present, is established through a single, irreversible external action.

Liquidity provider tokens are permanently burned, making the liquidity non-withdrawable and removing the possibility of later reclamation or redistribution.

CRNC does not include mechanisms to manage, adjust, or incentivize liquidity after this point.

6. Liquidity Mechanics (Protocol-Level)

If CRNC is paired in an automated market maker liquidity pool, such as Uniswap v2, swap fees are governed entirely by the rules of that protocol.

In such pools, fees are assessed and retained at the pool level. CRNC itself does not include logic to receive, claim, or interact with liquidity pool fees. Any fee behavior is a property of external market infrastructure, not of the CRNC asset.

CRNC does not assert or imply any economic effect arising from liquidity pool mechanics.

7. Explicit, Not Adaptive

All behavior is defined at inception.

CRNC does not include adjustable parameters, time-based mechanics, emission schedules, dynamic incentives, or adaptive economic controls. Nothing evolves over time. No logic responds to market conditions, participation levels, or external signals.

8. Protocol-Level Enforcement

All properties of CRNC are enforced by code and irreversible on-chain actions.

The system does not rely on social coordination, off-chain agreements, trusted intermediaries, informal norms, or ongoing stewardship. Verification is achieved through public blockchain inspection rather than trust in actors or institutions.

9. Transparency

All state, balances, and actions related to CRNC are observable on-chain.

There are no hidden controls, privileged execution paths, or opaque processes. Behavior is verifiable through standard blockchain tooling and does not depend on disclosures, representations, or assurances.

10. Non-Assertions

CRNC does not assert adoption, utility, demand, market activity, or persistence beyond continued network operation. No outcomes are promised or implied. The existence of CRNC is independent of its use, recognition, or valuation.

11. Risk Considerations

Interaction with smart contracts and digital assets involves technical and operational risk.

These risks may include, but are not limited to: smart contract execution behavior, network-level failures, protocol-level changes outside the control of CRNC, market volatility, liquidity risk, and user error.

CRNC does not include mechanisms to mitigate, insure, or compensate for such risks.

Security review information, including the HackenProof audit report and public verification links, is available on the Security page.

12. Scope and Purpose

CRNC exists to demonstrate what a finished, constraint-driven digital asset can look like when designed and deployed today. It is a research artifact published on a public blockchain.

What exists after launch is what exists forever.
